    • Most merchandise purchased through our website can be returned for a full refund within 20 days of delivery.
    • In-store returns for web orders are also accepted at no cost within 20 days of delivery.
    • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
    • Returns must be pre-authorized by contacting us at info@sanrafaelluggage.com.
    • Customers are responsible for properly packing and shipping the product back to San Rafael Luggage at their expense.
    • Please include the original packing slip with your return and consider insuring your package.
    • Once we receive the package, we will credit the original form of payment within three business days.
    • Non-refundable items include certain sale items, custom monogrammed items, and some special order items.
    • Exchanges can be made by following the return process and placing a new order.
    • To cancel an order, please email info@sanrafaelluggage.com, keeping in mind that cancellation requests made after 2pm may not be guaranteed.
Claims for damaged or defective items must be filed within 3 business days of delivery. Please retain all damaged packaging materials, including the shipping box and its contents. Failure to keep the packaging materials will prevent us from processing a damage claim with the carrier. Warranty coverage is provided by the respective manufacturers of the products.
